Someone needs to let us in and point out the areas that matter most. For empty homes and end-of-lease cleans, key or lockbox access can be arranged.

Clear the floor of toys, shoes and small items, and move fragile things off furniture that will be cleaned. Keep pets in a separate area.

Access to a power point and a tap is usually needed. Mention it if either will be unavailable, for example in an empty rental.

It depends on the carpet, airflow and the weather. Opening windows and running fans or air conditioning helps. You will get drying guidance for your home on the day.
